Who is responsible
This website (nyxmar.com) is run by Lucas Ribotta, operating as Nyxmar Studio (Argentina) (“Nyxmar”, “we”). This policy covers the website only. Each app and game has its own privacy policy.
What we collect
When you send the contact form, we receive:
- Your name and email address.
- Your company, if you choose to add it.
- Your project details: type, estimated budget, timeline and description.
What we use it for
Only to read your inquiry and reply to it, and to continue the conversation if we work together. We don't add you to mailing lists, sell your data or share it for marketing.
Where it is processed
The form is delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to serve pages and block abuse. Both may process data outside Argentina, under their own privacy policies:
How long we keep it
We keep contact messages for up to 12 months after our last exchange, or longer only if we start working together and they become part of the project record. After that, we delete them.
Cookies
This site doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. It only stores a small cookie (NEXT_LOCALE) when you choose a language, so the site remembers it on your next visit.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@nyxmar.com. We'll reply within 30 days. These rights are recognized by Argentina's Personal Data Protection Law 25,326 and, where applicable, by other laws such as the EU GDPR.
The Agency for Access to Public Information (AAIP) is the supervisory authority for Law 25,326 in Argentina.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, we'll publish the new version on this page and update the “last updated” date.
